It's Simple is a personal self-care application that allows you to record achievements, affirmations, and voice compliments. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Content

All content you create within the App - including text entries and voice recordings - is your property. This content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to or processed by our servers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal self-care and reflection. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding user-generated content), is protected by intellectual property laws. The It's Simple name, logo, and branding are our trademarks.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The App is not a substitute for professional mental health care or therapy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the App will permanently delete all associated data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be made available within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time.
