1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using It's Simple ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

It's Simple is a personal self-coaching app for affirmations, insights, meditations, voice recordings, and guided routines. It is designed for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Your Account

The App can be used without an account. If you choose to sign in (with Apple, Google, or email), we create an account so your content and progress can survive reinstalls and new devices. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

4. User Content

All content you create within the App — text entries, voice recordings, achievements, affirmations, insights, meditations, and routines — is yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to provide the App's features (such as cloud backup, sync, and sharing). We don't use your content to train models, sell to advertisers, or share with third parties beyond what's needed to run the service.

5. Storage

Most content lives on your device. When you sign in, your account profile and (if Cloud backup is on) your voice recordings are also stored in our cloud infrastructure (Firebase) so they survive device changes. 6. Sharing Feature

If you choose to share an item via a link, only the selected content is temporarily uploaded for 7 days, then automatically deleted. Anyone with the link can view the shared item; do not share links containing content you would not want others to access.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal self-coaching and reflection. You may not: (a) attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on the App; (b) use the App to harass, harm, or impersonate others; (c) upload illegal content; (d) attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

8. Intellectual Property

The App — including its design, code, graphics, default content (affirmations, insights, meditations, narration), and branding — is protected by intellectual property laws. The It's Simple name, logo, and branding are our trademarks. Default content recorded by our narrators may not be redistributed outside the App.

9. Subscriptions and Free Access

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and features are disclosed in the App at the point of purchase. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and managed in your Apple ID settings. Users who joined before our public launch may receive lifetime free access at our discretion; this grant is non-transferable.

10. Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. It is a wellness and self-reflection tool. It is NOT therapy, medical advice, crisis support, or a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified provider or emergency services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or content.

12. Account Deletion

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. To delete your cloud account and all associated data, email team@itssimple.app — we will wipe your account within 30 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be made available within the App and on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
